1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on the 77win platform. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name or a third party's — is a breach of these terms. If multiple accounts are detected, 77win may suspend all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.

77win accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or assign your account to another person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 77win are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, direct bank transfer, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as funding methods for betting or gaming activities on this platform.

You may only deposit funds into your own 77win account from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. 77win reserves the right to return deposits made via methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your account tier and the method selected. 5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 77win are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the bet details — including the event, market, odds, and stake amount — are correct before confirmation. 77win does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of clearly documented system errors.

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation, as logged in the system. In the event of a discrepancy, the system record is considered final.

77win reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical failures, or circumstances where it can be demonstrated that a bet was placed with knowledge of a result prior to its official declaration. All game results are determined by the relevant sports authority or game provider.

For live in-game betting, markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice, particularly during critical moments in a match or when a result is imminent. Any bets placed during a suspended market will not be accepted.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, 77win may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other incentive programmes to its members. 8 Intellectual Property
